Maximum, we take 12 - 15 business days to ship from the day we receive your final measurement and payment. Returns
We understand that ordering dresses online feels risky! What if it does not fit? And so on. Rest assured, we make every effort to ensure your total satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you have to return item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garments.
If it's our mistake: If we shipped wrong item, or measurements are wrong, we will arrange for return. We will fix or replace your order at our cost.
If it's not our mistake: We are more than willing to make it right for you. If it's a measurement issue, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to fix it. Customer is responsible for shipping and repair charges.
Please note that due to hand printing and embroidery, the actual color/design may vary slightly. Also, your computer resolution and color settings may affect view as well. Please contact us for details before you place order. We will not be able to return/exchange item if there is only slight variation in design/color.
